Grandparents Tea & Talk - Sunday April 29

Grandparents are a hugely important resource. They babysit, do the school run, and in so many other ways help bring up their own offspring's children. What is the experience really like for this volunteer army of loving people?

All grandparents are invited for tea, cake, and a facilitated conversation about the highs and lows of grandparenting, where saying "Sorry, I can't" takes on new meaning, where small things are a source of great pleasure, and where the observing of parental rules is challenging. Sara Levan, a well-known psychotherapist, teacher, and Jewish leader, will facilitate the discussion.

Time: 3pm to 5pm

Kindly hosted by Cheryl Sklan (check your bulletins or email admin@kolnefesh.org.uk for the address).

This event is just for grandparents - no parents or grandchildren allowed!
