Our Megillah readings this year will take place together with our masorti communities in St Albans and Stanmore
Saturday March 24th at 7:30pm
at SAMS, St Albans
Sunday March 25th - Shacharit at 8:30am and Megillah reading at 9:15 at Mosaic, Stanmore.
After 10 o’clock ish, children’s (shortened) Megilla reading, and children’s activities will commence. There will be tabletops and free-flow station activities for children of all ages. Kids will have a chance to make Mishloach Manot parcels or hamantaschen, enjoy face painting or crafting masks and crowns. Please support this collaborative endeavour by bringing your kids and teenagers along. The event is expected to wrap up around 12 o’clock.
For the event at Mosaic, children and members (and anyone else who fancies!) are invited to come in fancy dress. Everyone is encouraged to bring 2-3 kosher items/snacks for Mishloach Manot (https://isitkosher.uk/). There will be a collection of Matanot L’evyonim (please check what is needed closer to the date: https://borehamwood.foodbank.org.uk/give-help/donate-food/). KN members can also make a donation to Leket, as previously advertised in the bulletin.
