Brian Chernett has four decades of experience in top-level management as both corporate director and entrepreneur, and is also a trained counselor and consultant. Brian's major concern for the well-being, training and personal development of the 'people at the top' led to his creation of the Academy for Chief Executives (ACE), the UK's leading executive coaching and mentoring organisation. In 2013 Brian established the ella Forums, which adapts the ACE's holistic leadership development programme to inspire leaders in charities and social enterprises.
