Life is full of uncertainties. The one thing we can be certain of
is that we will have to face change! The more we know about the process of change, the more we will be empowered to navigate it. In this short workshop, we will develop an understanding of change and how to manage it.
All you need to bring is yourself, an openness and willingness to participate, and something to write on. We look forward to seeing you there.
This session is part of our series focusing on wellbeing.
Cheryl Sklan is a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner and psychotherapist who has worked extensively in change management. She has faced a number of changes in her own life and brings her own experiences to this workshop.
